HEAD OF IP LITIGATION

c. 12 YRS’PQE AND ABOVE

LONDON & HYBRID WORKING

We are delighted to be working with an iconic and culturally influential heritage brand, famous for decades throughout the world. IP is its most valuable asset and lies at the heart of everything the business does, from day-to-day operations to long term strategy.

This is a newly created Head of IP Litigation role. It is a very exciting and rare role to come into the in-house market and a genuine leadership position, within a business that has a consistent track record of successful litigation to protect the brand globally.

We are looking for an established and senior IP litigator at the top of their game, with experience leading cases to trial in the UK and the US. Cutting edge, complex trademark litigation is likely to be your bread and butter and you will have the technical and strategic prowess to set strategy and lead your external lawyers, rather than the other way round!!

You will manage a team of c. 4 IP litigators and potentially other members of the IP team. You will be part of a committed, accomplished, and high performing legal team who are passionate and deeply involved with the business at all levels.

This is a values-led, dynamic, creative business and a brand that pushes boundaries. It is an ethical business focussing on integrity and sustainability. This unique role will allow a talented IP litigator to fully utilise their expertise and take their career to the next level.
