We have an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Corporate Solicitor to assist within a reputable firm in London, starting ASAP for 4 months +

The Opportunity


We are partnering with a long established, reputable practice to source a Locum Corporate Solicitor to cover a period of sickness leave.

This locum assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 4 months with potential to extend up to 9 months. The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4 or 5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply. Hybrid working is viable from the start of the assignment. The office is within walking distance to the nearest station.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload of corporate matters including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Share sales
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Corporate Finance

Requirements

  • At least 6 years' PQE as a Corporate Solicitor
  • Experience handling mixed caseloads of corporate matters
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
