Management Accountant

Butler Rose is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a management accountant for a progressive business in the Newton Abbot area.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working which has arisen due to internal promotion.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a high-profile role where you will take ownership of month end reporting, as well as liaising with non-finance leaders to provide key reporting figures and analysis.

Key duties will include:

• Providing management packs on a regular and timely basis
• Budgeting and forecasting of P&L and balance sheet
• KPI monitoring and analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting
• Analysis of sales and profitability by product
• Financial forecasting and reporting
• Helping to reduce costs and improve efficiencies
• Utilising Excel for financial modelling
• Business partnering with non-finance, providing them with financial information to help inform decision making
• Other duties as required by the business

The successful candidate will either be formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with relevant skills and experience.
