Management Accountant

My client is a services business based in Knutsford. Due to continued growth of the business they are recruiting this permanent position into their vibrant and expanding finance function, this is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who can offer fantastic scope for development and progression.

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for all month end processes for a subsidiary within the business. This will involve dealing with accruals, pre-payments and journals, pulling together and producing the monthly management accounts pack and providing commentary on performance to senior management, producing profit and loss reports and performing variance analysis, as well as completing budgeting and forecasting.

This role will suit a candidate who is working towards their CIMA or ACCA qualification and has experience in a management accounts focused role. Good communication skills are essential in order to be able to liaise with key stakeholders effectively.

The salary on offer is paying up to £36,000 with a £6,000 performance based bonus that is paid on a monthly basis, as well as a full study support package and a generous holiday entitlement.
