Manager - Route to Partner

Are you an experienced manager within an accountancy firm? Are you looking to join a firm that has genuine career progression and a clear route to Directorship / Partnership? Then this role is for you.

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a well-established accountancy practice who are looking to appoint managers into their practice who they can progress within the firm to partner level.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• Strong track record within practice,
• Suitably qualified; ACCA or ACA as a minimum,
• Experienced in managing a portfolio of diverse clients,
• Planning and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies,
• Preparing and reviewing Tax Returns both personal and corporation,
• Be able to work within a team,
• Show initiative,
• Be able to build strong and lasting client and staff relationships.
