The Role
Leading a multisite, designer and manufacturer of precision machined specialist fasteners, serving a prestigious portfolio of national and international OEM's and distributors, in the pursuit of increased operational efficiency, customer service and profitability.

Key tasks will include: developing and implementing a strategy that: delivers exceptional customer service, increases flexibility, capability and expertise, embeds leading edge technological and organisational change, whilst achieving realistic commercial objectives.

The Person

• Must have precision machined component and ideally fastener experience
• Innovative, customer obsessed, commercially astute, always looking to exceed expectations
• Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
• Personal credibility, vision and drive
