Job Role: Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Oldham
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Metalis are actively supporting a leading Oldham based bespoke fabrication company who offer a wide range of fabrication services.

Role Details:

• Supervising a team of operatives in a metal manufacturing environment
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Working in a reactive business model i.e. short lead times and customer demand
• Managing with a no nonsense approach
• Quality stringent
• Pro good housekeeping and health and safety
• Used to working to targets and being able to drive the team to achieve them
• Working closely with colleagues, communicating well, particularly when handing over shift

Person Specifications:

• A strong leader, happy to lead from the front
• Works well in a reactive manufacturing environment
• Open to change and adapting as the company grows
• Happy to be 'on the tools' where necessary

Shift & Salary:

• Up to £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
• Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
• Day shift only
