A British independent footwear retailer is looking for a marketing & content strategy manager to join its team in Hertfordshire.

This privately owned business has an impressive store portfolio & online presence stocking both private label and branded footwear.

As marketing & content strategy manager, your main role will be to lead and motivate the team while also taking charge of aspects of marketing and branding.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensure smooth running of the brand

• Planning and implementing marketing & content direction and strategies

• General social media and influencer strategy

• Taking a lead role in the visuals of the brands

• Work to agreed KPIs and objectives set with the CEO

• Identify market opportunities

This role calls for someone with a similar level of marketing/brand experience across fashion or footwear. Someone passionate and motivated, with a keen knowledge of the market. You will be ambitious and goal oriented with the ability to make things happen.
