Hoe Bridge is a thriving independent school for girls and boys aged 2 to 16 and is currently looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant.

With the exciting launch of our senior school, this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational person to join our Marketing Team. As a valued member of our Marketing Team, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing in driving student numbers and maintaining the strong, Hoe Bridge School brand image. You'll play a crucial role in day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks and coordinating marketing activities.

To excel in this role, you'll need a diverse skill set encompassing administrative, communication, and marketing expertise. A keen interest in understanding the mechanics of successful marketing campaigns is essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and possesses a can-do attitude. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll interact with various stakeholders both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Exceptional organisational abilities are key, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for social media and a willingness to propose innovative ideas are highly desirable qualities. Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment are crucial. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva and experience with content management systems are all essential requirements for this role.
