Knutsford, Cheshire - commutable from South Manchester, Macclesfield, Sandbach, Northwich, Warrington.

Highly competitive circa £45,000 - £55,000, depending on skills and experience + Plus excellent additional benefits package.

Applause IT are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager from an IT Software, SaaS, Tech or Cyber Background, to join a global leading company in the Cyber Security sector. Since the launch of their bespoke, cutting-edge software, they have rapidly grown to become the leading provider of software tools for web security, providing services to over 70,000 customers across 150 countries, such as, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.

As part of this exciting role as Marketing Campaign Manager / Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include strategising and implementing comprehensive full mix go-to-market campaigns for the company's latest products. You'll leverage data to guide decision-making, monitor marketing metrics, and analyse campaign performance throughout the process.

This role will also see you actively interacting with customers to enhance the company's comprehension of their goals and how the products can align with them. You'll also conduct thorough market and competitor research to shape the marketing strategies effectively.

The successful Marketing Campaign Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in planning, delivering, and optimising market campaigns, and developing go-to-market strategies, across a variety of channels.
  • The capability to comprehend intricate technical products and craft compelling messaging to position them uniquely in the market.
  • Proficiency in Agile planning methodologies.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS software based environment.
  • Prior experience in launching new products within the tech/cyber sectors, this would be beneficial.
  • Experience of a good mix of Content, Brand, Social, Email (Salesforce, Pardot CRM or similar) and some Paid Marketing work with Goggle Ads.
  • My client is looking for someone with hands-on experience - we're not looking for strategic, level people management type personas.
  • We would like someone who has experience in SaaS, they need to have experience in tech, preferably software.
  • Preferably in house but we will look at agency.
  • The important thing to note is that this is a small team so they need someone with varied experience - they need GTM, multi-channel experience, someone who is used to getting stuck in and wearing many hats.

What's in it for me?

  • Exceptional, above market salary
  • Do not take work home policy
  • Share options
  • 8% employer pension contribution.
  • Life assurance: 4x salary.
  • Income protection: full pay for first 6 months of incapacity followed by 75% of salary plus pension contribution.
  • Private medical insurance (Bupa)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free lunch (own gourmet chef) and amazing offices!
