GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a reputable Legal 500 firm based in the West Midlands. We are supporting their recruitment for a Marketing Manager to join their Shirley office on a full time, permanent basis.

This position is working Monday - Thursday 09:00am - 17:30pm and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Marketing Manager main duties:

  • Responsible for managing the delivery of all marketing activity
  • Execute events, marketing communications and our online presence across various digital platforms and social media including pay per click
  • Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace technology
  • Creating a budget and monitoring process to track monthly spend, highlighting potential under/overspend
  • Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate
  • Legal 500 Submissions
  • Website Management
  • Review Solicitors

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field would be preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or a professional services background
  • A proven track record of delivering, or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Experience of organising events
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation with a track record of providing excellent client service.
