Marketing Manager

Reed Marketing and Creative are partnered with a B2B organisation who are looking for a Marketing Manager. You will be instrumental in maintaining marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing their brand presence, evaluating customer research, market conditions, and overseeing all marketing, public relations, advertising, and promotional activities.

Day to Day of the role:

• Develop and enforce brand guidelines while managing both internal and external communications, including the creation of marketing collateral.
• Produce engaging written content for various marketing channels and manage the company’s digital presence, including SEO and social media activities.
• Analyse market conditions and competitor data to adjust marketing plans and strategies as necessary.
• Support the Commercial and Executive Teams by creating new business opportunities and providing marketing support for targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate company representation at trade events and oversee the submission and campaigns for industry awards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business marketing experience.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within a related business sector.
• Confident self-starter with experience working autonomously
