The opportunity:

Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Edinburgh’s leading hospitality companies that have three beautifully appointed venues in the heart of the city centre. This boutique group are looking for a Marketing Manager for their popular, quality focused fine dining restaurant operations.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing campaigns which include monitoring ongoing performance reporting, training the restaurant teams on the campaigns and setting up on different channels as required.

The role:

Global Talent 2020’s client will require the Marketing Manager to support the business in helping to manage the large diverse team across the site.

You will need to develop a compelling digital and social media content that encourages engagement, brand awareness and consideration, including scheduling content, monitoring engagement and analysing performance metrics.

You must be skilled in taking good photography to show off the product as well as taking creative videos and drive the conversation and engage with users across social media - Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok & Threads.

You will manage and update their own Website content and other external websites such as Google, Resdiary and Tripadvisor, manage and update Shopify and provide monthly Marketing reports.

You will write content for monthly newsletters for surrounding concierges, coordinate all media and blogger visits and be responsible for issuing and checking all venue marketing, including posters, menu displays and any event collateral, monthly new menu launches.

The person:

Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a positive and resilient individual, with a focused, well organised mind, whom possesses an approachable manner and is driven commercially.

This individual would ideally have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the food and drink industry, have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work at pace, whilst delivering excellent quality and commercial results. They must have a passion for exciting and enthusing their audience and driving action through digital channels, as well as being passionate about creating exciting content; photos and videos, ensuring they are right on brand. Our client is looking for a high performer that’s always looking for a better way to do things and like it when your work stands out from the crowd.
