Mobile Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Regional Plumber Multi Trade Operative with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to join our team. The role involves carrying out fabric maintenance and repairs across various contracts in the South East, ensuring high client satisfaction and maintaining a controlled and safe working environment.

• Carry out a wide variety of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs in various building types.
• Fit various types of sanitary ware, first and second fixing pipework, and service PPMs.
• Work on unvented systems and carry out minor carpentry, tiling, and decorative works.
• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
• Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards at all times.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Keep customers and office informed about progress and plans.
• Undertake work efficiently and cost-effectively, applying Health & Safety rules.
• Maintain tools, plant, and equipment in a safe, clean, and workable condition.
• Maintain accurate records of works undertaken with photographic evidence as necessary.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

• NVQ level 2-3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Building Maintenance
• Competent in using phones or PDAs for effective communication.
• Organised approach to meet demands effectively and timely.
• Team player with a practical approach to health and safety.
• Problem-solving skills and self-management abilities.
