My client, a mortgage broker operating in central Norwich with a wealth of experience in the industry, are looking for an experienced Adviser to join their unique organisation.

This role can genuinely be employed or self-employed to suit; if employed a competitive salary is available as well as an attractive bonus scheme, basic 25-28K DOE, OTE 50K+ (50K being very realistic for a capable adviser)

What sets my client aside from their competitors is their ability to provide a plethora of business to write as well as personal and professional support, to be successful in the role with many of their staff having been in the industry for decades, pulling on their experiences, good and bad to provide the best possible working environment.

My client also has access to all major lenders as well as a healthy panel of insurers.

Office Hours 9-17:30 Monday to Friday

28 days holiday (including BH)

Pension

Bonus (to be discussed in more detail at interview stage)

IF you are looking to be employed at first my client can allow you, once comfortable to transition to a self employed role with them with the same support but allowing you to increase your revenue.
