You will join an engaging and collaborative team who make a difference, a team who proactively manage a portfolio of personal injury claims with plenty of exciting work to get stuck into!
It’s all about your previous experience in Motor claims.
You will be offered expert learning support to upskill and expand your claims and insurance knowledge to new heights with first class training to deal with Personal Injury triage!

This role offers hybrid working (up to 4 days a week from home) after 3 months subject to your performance if you choose to although there is always a space in the office for you if you prefer!

The responsibilities within this role will be to proactively process low level Triage Personal Injury claims received via the OIC and MOJ portals. You will handle the claim to the conclusion of the liability decision-making period and maintain the claim files within service standards and be responsible for ensuring the reserves fully reflect the expected level of damages on each file.
You will also conduct detailed and compliant telephone interviews with customers in relation to their claim.

We are seeking candidates with previous exposure to Motor Claims and with knowledge of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portal ideally. Applicants should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent time management and organisation skills. You will also need good numeracy / literacy skills and strong customer service skills.
