Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities are to ensure maintenance of Electrical Equipment including: Presses, Mixers, Pumps, Motors, Hydraulics, Shot Blasters, Aqua Blasters and further bespoke equipment.

*The maintenance will be predominately PPM across various military based sites.
*You will be ensuring that maintenance engineering downtime is accurately logged on their CAFM system and find new methods/procedures to reduce these utilising their CMMS.
*You will be a part of a team and often work along side others to ensure any fault diagnosis and rectification on all plant and equipment is completed.
*This role will involve training based on the nature of the work and will offer insights into bespoke machinery utilised in Propulsion Manufacturing.

*You must have a Mechatronics or Electronics background with a level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
*You must be familiar or have a basic knowledge of CAFM systems.
*Ideally they will have certification 18th Edition BS7671 & 2391/52 inspection & testing qualified

The position is based on rolling shifts after 6 months. During the initial 6 months it will be day shifts only.
Working hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm Mon-Thur
& 7:30am - 2:30pm Friday

Then after 6 months will be 6am - 2pm early shift or 2pm - 10pm for lates.
