Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - £42,000 to £46,000 – 2-shift pattern (earlies and lates)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician to join a forward-thinking business, having invested heavily in their site.

The Role

Maintenance Technician responsibilities –
  • Effectively responding to all reactive and preventative maintenance activities 
  • Highlighting any inefficiencies and providing practical engineering solutions
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Completing PPM activities across site
  • Engineering projects to support continuous improvement
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced technicians on site

The Person

The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will have the following –
  • HNC or NVQ L3 equivalent within an engineering discipline
  • Experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of fault finding and root cause analysis
  • Strong communication skills, working effectively within a team
