Bathroom Fitter
Temporary - Ongoing
Solihull
£22.00 p/hour CIS
40 hours

A steady on-going temporary contract is up for grabs for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a well-known Birmingham based building contractor, on their newly acquired social housing contracts converting existing bathrooms in Wet Rooms in the Solihull area. NO FLOORING/PAINTING/ELECTRICS

The Bathroom fitter will be responsible for:

• Full rip out and re-Installation of level access shower trays
• Installing tough former trays into concrete and timber floors.
• Remove wall tiles
• Tile shower area
• Patch plastering
• Install WC, basin and pedestal, electric or thermostatic bar valve shower.
• Install shower door cubicle, track and curtain.
• Install riser kit.
• Box in small amount of pipework.
• Shower tray pump if required.

The successful Bathroom fitter will need:

• Own van and tools
• Experience of working within social housing preferred
