Our client is looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer

Position Overview: As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and maintaining the highest of standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Resident Support: Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  2. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents and encourage community involvement through events and initiatives.
  3. Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring maintenance and safety standards are met.
  4. Tenancy Management: Manage tenancy agreements, including dealing with breaches and arrears, and assisting with new tenancy applications.
  5. Anti-Social Behaviour: Address and manage instances of anti-social behaviour, working closely with the local authorities if necessary.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports on resident interactions and property conditions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to listen actively to residents' concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of housing and tenancy management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).

This role offers Hybrid working which would be 3 days in office/onsite and 2 days from home.

X35 Hours per week
