Neighbourhood Response Officer
  • Location: Northwest (Cheshire East and Cheshire West)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £16.23 PAYE / £20.03 Umbrella

My client is looking for a customer-oriented Neighbourhood Response Officer to provide a high-quality service to a patch of properties in the Northwest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has a passion for community engagement.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct customer visits on behalf of central teams for various purposes including gas visits, arrears visits, sign-ups, tenancy breaches, tenancy reviews, and mutual exchanges.
  • Travel across various estates within the Northwest, with the possibility of covering additional patches such as Warrington, Bolton, and Manchester.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and support to residents.
  • Utilise IT skills to accurately upload and maintain reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle due to the travel requirements of the role.
  • Strong IT skills to effectively manage and upload reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions.
  • Proactive and able to work independently across multiple locations.
  • Candidates should be located no more than 45 minutes to 1 hour from the designated location.
