Exciting Opportunity: New Homes Sales Negotiator

The Company:

The Role;

  • Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our high-quality homes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Benefits include; 25 days + bank holidays, health insurance, dental health plan, pension plan, access to corporate discounts including gyms and high street brands.
  • Up to £32.5k basic (OTE up to £65k)

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the property sector & New Homes.
  • Knowledge of the local property market in Reading would be advantageous.
