NQ Corporate Solicitor

Our client is a firm which advises a wide range of Scottish, UK and International clients, and is currently seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join the Corporate team in Dundee. 

In this position, you will experience a wide variety of high-quality transactions in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures.

As the successful candidate, you will have gained some corporate/commercial experience in your training contract or as a recently qualified solicitor, can display commercial awareness and will be motivated by understanding the business models of each of this team's clients and are driven by contributing to their success.

This firm is very well structured and provides a high-level of development, training and support to its employees, and is very keen on advancing careers with internal progression.
