HCPC registration as occupational therapist, experience of community working, range of conditions affecting older people including falls, equipment assessment good written and verbal communication, good IT skills, able to travel across sites.Experience with Epic. Key tasks: specialist assessment and treatment of adults and older adults in a community setting.
