Our thriving and family-run client based just outside Bourton-On-The-Water are currently recruiting an Office & Accounts Administratorto join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, taking on the administrative challenges of supporting a business, handling diverse projects and programs as well as ensuring the company’s accounts are always up to date. The successful candidate will be dependable and resilient, have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities;

-Initial point of contact, handling enquiries via incoming calls and emails

-Work with the Property Administrator to provide administration support to the wider team

-Compiling and issuing leases and relevant documentation

-Process supplier invoices

-Preparation & management of the purchase ledger payment schedule

-Managing supplier accounts; resolving any supplier, utility and rates queries

-Managing the timely receipt of tenant payments

-Credit control; managing the debtors and securing receipts on time

Candidate Attributes;

-IT literate, particular in Microsoft Office packages

-Experience working in a similar position

-Strong and competent administrative background

-Full driving license and access to own vehicle

-Excellent organisational skills

-Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

Hours; Monday to Thursday 9am - 4pm & 9am - 1pm on Friday

Salary; up to £28,000 depending on experience + Free Parking
