Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work within the accounts team. Office admin experience is essential ideally with time spent working in or around an accounts department.
You will be answering the telephone, working as a personal assistant to the Finance Controller, filing, email management, arranging shipping, data entry, raising invoices and inputting purchase invoices for payment. You will have some Excel experience, be reliable and trustworthy and enjoy a busy, faced paced environment.
Due to the location own transport is essential.
Our client offers a great working environment and free parking.
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm Friday 8-1pm
