?? What You'll Do:

? Manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

? Maintain a cheerful and professional environment, supporting a positive work culture.

? Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.

? Implement and maintain efficient systems for inventory management and office supplies.

? Assist in budget forecasting, cost control, and expense management.

? Coordinate internal team events and activities, fostering team building and employee engagement.

? Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related issues.

?? What We're Looking For:

?? 2+ years of experience in office/facilities management or a related field.

?? Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.

?? Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

?? Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

?? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

?? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
