This is a varied and demanding role working for a large organisation in which you will be working alongside all levels of stakeholders and managing a team handling property insurance claims.
This role will cover the Berkshire and Wiltshire area. Hybrid working, you will be expected to attend one of the offices for one or two days a week as a minimum.
The role will include supporting a dedicated domestic adjusting team generally handling claims up to £100K in value.
Duties and responsibilities:
Mentor and train all direct reports (roughly 10 reports at present)
Promote and deliver on operational goals – making claims easy
Understand the importance of customer service
Meet all financial targets
Ensure all activity is compliant
Liaise with insurer clients as required
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in handling property insurance claims
Proven management skills
Competent IT Skills
