Operations Manager

Head of Operations required for a large organisation based in Perivale.
The Head of Operations UK & Ireland is responsible for operational success, by taking a 3-5 year view to match the needs of the growth plans for the UK and Ireland with the Regional Logistics Strategy thereby ensuring delivery of performance to all customers for products and services.

As Head of Operations you will be responsible for for the smooth running of Order (receipt) to Cash including order processing, purchasing, complaints handing, warehousing and logistics processes. Leads the team managers in operations from a daily operational perspective. As a secondary responsibility this function is to ensure that best practice is achieved and maintained within the facilities, IT and Quality processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operational process and business management ideally at a national level possibly European, excellent people management skills with a local, national and global mindset.
