Are you a Package Manager looking to be part of the build of one of Manchester's most iconic builds?

There is an exciting new opportunity for a Package Manager / Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor & developer in Manchester to manage live packages and the fit out of a high end rc frame apartment development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be managing several subcontractor packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

The company are an award winning multi disciplinary contractor and developer that specialise in the construction of commercial, residential and education projects in excess of £200m. This is a fast growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

  • Background of internals package management within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment. Ideally fit out of live packages across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.
  • Experience of managing various internal packages
  • Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.



Salary & Package on offer:

  • Base £45,000 - £65,000
  • Car allowance & mileage
