Position: Paralegal - Wills, Trusts & Tax 
Location: Chester 
Salary: Competitive 

I am seeking a Paralegal to join this Chester-based WTT team, supporting a Senior Solicitor in managing taxable estates and trusts. This esteemed Wills, Trusts, and Tax team is renowned for safeguarding the assets and wealth of high-net-worth individuals. Specialising in inheritance and capital gains tax planning, trust management, and tax-efficient will preparation, this team holds top rankings in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

While prior Paralegal experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a solid grasp of tax and trusts, potentially stemming from a financial background. Strong administration skills are vital, coupled with the ability to deliver high-quality support. The ideal candidate will be confident, with excellent communication skills, adept at client interactions to ensure exceptional service. They should possess effective workload management, meet deadlines, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this role would possess previous experience as a Paralegal, although this is not essential. They should demonstrate a good working knowledge of tax and trusts, coupled with strong administration skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines. The successful candidate must have an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work at all times.
