Are you looking for flexibility from a company and better work/life balance?  working 2-3 days per week or equivalent hours, with one day being in the office and the rest working from home? Due to expansion, a newly created part-time role has become available to support the Finance Manager at this fast-paced organisation.

If you are looking for a role with a good level of responsibility, working in a team-orientated culture for a company who are striving to make a difference, we are keen to hear from you. 

Duties include: 

• Taking responsibility for all bookkeeping tasks in Xero
• Raising sales invoices
• Entering purchases invoices
• Reviewing staff expenses
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Supporting weekly payment runs
• Supporting the preparation of quarterly group VAT returns

This is a busy role which offers excellent development long-term, with the ability to take on additional aspects of accounts such as intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will have:

• Experience in a recent finance assistant role
• Excellent Excel Skills and some experience using an accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated
• Ability to effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude
