Butler Rose are delighted to be partnered with this long standing, highly regarded and growing organisation based in Stevenage in their search for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Due to continued growth, this business are looking to secure some assistance with their purchase ledger function on a part-time basis of 2 days/week. The days of work can be flexible and the role offers the opportunity to work within a hugely supportive and friendly team.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have prior experience within purchase ledger, with the responsibility for:
- Processing invoices into a bespoke system
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Statement reconciliations
