To onboard new partner brokers to the Hedron Network. Onboarding is the process and activities that are required from the point that a new partner signs the contract, until they go-live as a trading partner. After go-live the project is closed and handed over to the Business Development Consultants (BAU relationship managers).

New partners will be proactively led through the onboarding process, a smooth and efficient service will contribute to the brokers first impressions of Hedron. Effective and timely onboarding will create early value for the broker, for insurers and suppliers, and for Hedron.

Multiple onboarding projects will run concurrently, so the ability to manage time and resources effectively will be key.

The day to day:

· Engage with the new partner to create an onboarding project plan specific to their circumstances and their particular contract

· Engage with all internal and external stakeholders and assign resources for the delivery of each workstream - including insurers, product providers, internal functions such as system support, client money, finance etc

· Oversee the delivery of all workstreams within the project, ensuring that they run to time, cost, quality and scope.

· Ensure that there is a clear line-of-site on the critical path, maximising the likelihood of hitting go-live dates.

· Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, escalating where appropriate.

· Report concisely on each project at regular intervals

· Organise updates with stakeholders according to the needs of each workstream

· From the start of the project, assist the new partner's understanding of the Hedron proposition, and work closely with the incoming BDC to build relationships and recognise early opportunities.

Upon completion, handover and complete all usual project record keeping and closure tasks.
