Payroll and Finance Administrator
Simple Recruitment are looking for an organised Payroll and Finance Administrator for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Castle Cary area.
The Job:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded education established. As Payroll and Finance Administrator, you will work to ensure the payroll system is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the payroll system.
- Adding new starters.
- Administering pension schemes.
- Generating and distributing pay slips.
- Responding to any pay queries from staff.
- Producing P45s and P60s as required.
- Complying with tax, pension and National Insurance statutory reporting.
- Further duties as required.
About You:
As Payroll and Finance Administrator, you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have good numerical and IT skills, and will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy, professionalism and compliance. Owing to location, own transport is required.
The Salary:
Up to £27,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
The Hours:
8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
