Jenson Fisher, have been engaged, by a highly reputable and growing organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Payroll candidate who wants to be part of a small friendly team and work autonomously to progress their career. My client offers hybrid working, as well as an attractive benefits package.
The main duties:
The main duties:
- Processing high-volume payroll for a variety of different clients and pay frequencies
- Communicating with a wide range of clients
- Checking and ensuring all payroll information is accurate
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Liaising with HMRC
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
- Generating payroll reports
- Full end to end payroll experience is required
- A proactive, self-starter
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Sage is preferred
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
