Hourly Rate: £12 - £14.50 per hour (experience-dependent)
Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility expected. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 17:00 & Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with an unpaid lunch break)
Your Responsibilities:
- Processing all Payroll actions for employees, workers, and subcontractors
- Agency Invoice (timesheet confirmations)
- Monthly payroll prep
- HR / Financial Control Monthly reconciliation
- Internal stakeholder discussions / communication
- External stakeholder discussions / communication (Agencies)
- Checking of clocked vs timesheet hours
- Timesheet approvals process
- Invoice reconciliation and approval, in a timely manner
