Title: Payroll Manager
Salary: £45,000
Location: Hybrid in Belfast
Contract: Permanent
    
We are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to lead a team and overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Lead on all payroll tasks, ensuring all clients needs are met. 
  • Ensure accurate technical guidance aligns with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
  • Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing.
Experience and Skills:
  • Lead project management including implementation. 
  • Lead the payroll team and provide training, to bring out their best. 
  • Promote the payroll department. 
  • Strategic mind set.
