You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 members of staff and training and developing the team to success. Description
As a Payroll Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Managing a team of 3 payroll administrators, supporting with monthly & weekly payroll and expenses
-
Training and developing staff to ensure they perform in the most efficient way
-
Regular 121 and training with staff
-
Being an expert in payroll legislation / governance including tax
-
Dealing with escalations and complex payroll queries
-
Producing reports
-
Data analysis
-
Many other adhoc payroll responsibilities
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience working in an end to end payroll position for a number of years
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and laws
- Ability to train and develop a team to greatness
- A very high attention to detail
