This is an opportunity to join one of the largest independent accountancy practice in Wales. The successful candidate will join a team of circa 60 as part of a larger, multi million pound organisation with offices across the UK

The role is due to expansion so all current team members remain in place and is fully office based. The business is also flexible on offering the role as full time or part time.

The Position

Assisting the Payroll Manager to run the client payroll portfolio including:

  • Completing weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly payrolls ranging from 1 to 150 employees using Sage Payroll
  • Bacs payments using third party payment mandates
  • Submission of all HMRC returns
  • Uploading pension data to appropriate pension providers
  • Completion of year end submissions
  • Dealing with client payroll queries
  • Holiday cover for payroll Manager

Salary

  • £27,000 based on full time

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years' experience in Accountancy Practice Payroll
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in running multiple client payrolls within a Bureau environment
