This amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding private health care group in the capacity of a Payroll Specialist, with amazing offices based on Wimbledon Common.

As the successful Payroll Specialist, you will:
Act as a key person to participate in payroll system implementation, including staffology, together with other development projects
Bringing bureau based payroll "in-house
End-to-end payroll, downloading the payroll data and checking to ensure all is correct.
Address payroll queries promptly and professionally as per the payroll process and procedure
Handle starters, leavers, absences, and monthly changes
Calculate statutory payments and other adjustments
Prepare payroll control reports and monthly management reports

Manage End of Year statutory returns for HMRC
Ensure all salaries are processed in accordance with standard regulations
Process all new starters, leavers, handling P45's, NI, TAX
Deal with all areas of SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory payments
Stay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changes

You are
An experience "hands-on" payroller, with at least 4 year payroll background
A strong interest in systems implementation
Useful but not essential previous Iris or Staffology payroll exposure, CIPP qualified
