Hyperion partners are currently seeking a talented Property Manager to join our client's team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a vibrant student accommodation site, ensuring that residents receive top-notch service and that the property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the property is well-maintained and meets all safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address any repairs or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications.
  • Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in student accommodation or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
