Reed Education is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to provide maternity cover for a full academic year at an all-girls’ school in East London. This role offers the chance to be part of a vibrant and supportive team in a dynamic teaching environment.

• Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to students across various age groups.
• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Participate in school events and activities related to the PE department.

• Must hold a UK PGCE/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous teaching experience in the UK is essential, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality PE instruction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to creating a supportive and challenging learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the safeguarding children and young people policy.
