What you’ll be doing
Sitting in the people operations team in this company, you’ll help them to get up to speed with their data. The rest of the company have a mature data environment, now it time for the people team to get to this stage too!
Coming in to support this goal, you’ll assist in what is going to become the first stages of them creating an automated HR/People analytics dashboard. You’ll get involved in planning with senior leadership to know what they want and need; you’ll develop an internal strategy and be involved in workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders. You’ll then be tasked with building a Tableau dashboard that is easy to understand and captures their metrics. Lastly, you’ll be involved in training some of the people team to utilise this correctly.
They need someone who has worked in people or HR teams before, as an analyst, in order to advise on what ‘good’ looks like when tracking people analytics and creating dashboards for people teams to use internally. Does this sound like you?
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Several years’ experience working as a HR/People Data Analyst
- Understanding of analysis in HR or people teams
- Excellent Tableau experience
- Experience with workforce data or workforce analytics
- Excellent communication skills
A Day rate of between £300-400 per day, outside IR35. This would be a 2-month contract position.
