We are delighted to be exclusively representing a leading UK business in the recruitment of an engaging and hands-on People Partner based in South Lincolnshire. The role forms a vital part of the HR function, and you will act as the first point of call for all generalist HR expertise and advice across the site. You will partner with managers to drive the people agenda with a sharp focus on continuous improvement.

Duties of the People Partner:
*Providing coaching and advice to line managers on all people related issues.
*Driving colleague engagement through promoting employee surveys, development programmes, listening forums and colleague recognition schemes
*Build management capability through coaching and challenging on people management practices.
*Championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing initiatives to promote an inclusive culture across site.
*Develop and analyse people data to identify potential cultural issues and support decision-making to improve the colleague experience.
*Be an active champion of continuous improvement and bring ideas for new ways of working.
*Ensure HR policy and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
*Drive colleague engagement on site through promoting employee surveys, development programmes, listening forums and other initiatives.
*Supporting hiring managers with the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial approval and advertising, through to onboarding and inductions
*Run onsite induction and conducting right-to-work checks to ensure accurate records.

Experience required:
*Experience in an FMCG environment or a similar fast paced industry.
*An excellent generalist HR skillset
*A good track record of managing ER cases.
*Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
*Confidence to challenge the status quo.
*Excellent communications and people skills
*Collaborative work style

What's on offer:
*A salary of £38,000-£40,000 depending on experience + % company bonus
*Office based role with flexibility to work from home 1x day per week.
*Monday to Friday position
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
