Our client is a top 40 defendant practice looking for a 0-2 PQE solicitor/CILEX to join its Casualty team in Manchester city centre.

The crux of the role is dealing with a caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL claims and assisting on higher value EL/PL claims with the partners.

The experience you need to be considered for the role:

NQ-2 PQE Solicitor
EL/PL experience
Experience handling your own caseload.
Knowledge of CPR and litigation
Experience presenting cases in the county court
