Location: London (hybrid working)
Salary: £40,000 DOE.

Our client is an award-winning agency, who takes a no-nonsense, gutsy approach, delivering quick and effective solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

We are looking to speak to individuals with at least 2 years' agency side comms planning and buying. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start on the path to team management.

This role will involve:

- Planning, buying and optimising across on and offline media channels;

- Monitoring campaign data to ensure success, and take a proactive approach to challenges;

- An active involvement in pitching/presenting for new business;

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients; becoming a trusted point of contact;

- Following campaign strategies as set out by the senior team;

- Supporting junior members of staff to assist them with deliverables and help them to upskill.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience, agency side, comms planning and buying;

- An analytical mind-set with high numerical skills;

- An autonomous working style;

- Fantastic interpersonal skills towards clients and colleagues;

- An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to always do their best;

- A finger on the pulse for new industry trends challenges and practices.
