Planning Manager

The Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team of Production Planners. You will be the process owner for the MRP and production scheduling.

Description

• Have overall responsibility for the planning across the assigned production area
• Create work schedules in like with the MRP requirements
• Drive recovery plans with key stakeholders to identify any foreseeable risks
• Ensure full raw material availability, covering long and short term plans
• Hold weekly reviews
• Root Cause analysis
• Ensure accuracy of master and transactional data within the ERP
• Drive reduction of WIP

Profile

• Working knowledge of production planning or control or scheduling process
• Demonstrable experience with MRP
• Ability to lead and coach
• Understand quality processes
