An award winning Legal 500 reputable law firm serving the Farnborough community, are now seeking an enthusiastic Plots Assistant to join their growing New Homes department.

As a Plots Assistant, you will be assisting up to 5 fee earners alongside paralegals and legal assistants. You will be responsible for,

  • covering team absences by running caseloads
  • generating reports, processing exchanges, and managing mortgages
  • opening files, providing quotes, and handling correspondence with clients and third parties.
  • contributing to Stamp duty processes, anti-money laundering and land registry searches

Ideal candidates must have experience of working within a reputable conveyancing department, assisting on all matters from instruction to completion. Experience in Plots Sales is preferable, applications are encouraged from candidates without.
