We are currently looking for a Finals Standard-NQ qualified Patent Attorney with a technical specialisation in Engineering. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to ground-breaking projects and collaborate with a team of industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management within the engineering domain
- Providing expert advice and strategic guidance to clients on matters related to intellectual property rights
- Collaborating with colleagues to assess patentability, infringement, and validity issues
- Engaging in client interactions and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and technological advancements relevant to the field
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Patent Attorney with a Finals Standard-NQ designation
- Specialisation or strong background in Engineering, preferably with a degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
